A special grade of Darjeeling black tea, Golden Orange Pekoe is processed from the tender buds and the youngest two leaves. One is greeted with mellow floral notes coupled with a distinct sweetness that resembles nectarines and stone fruits. Orange Pekoe gets ‘Orange’ in its name as it was popularized by the Orange Nassau, the royal house of the Netherlands. Once consumed only by the royals, Golden Orange Pekoe is now a globally celebrated blend.
